We are fully committed to offering the best quality and value, with our buyers working hard with suppliers to negotiate the lowest possible prices without detracting from the finest quality furniture you expect from Furniture Barn.

We set very competitive prices for all our products, with a dedicated team checking prices daily to ensure we are ahead of our competitors.

However, if a reputable retailer offers a lower price, WE PROMISE TO BEAT THAT PRICE BY 10% OF THE DIFFERENCE

The Conditions of our Price Promise are:

• ‘On-line only’ retailers are excluded from the Price Promise
• The item must be Brand new (Clearance items are excluded)
• The item must be offered under exactly the same terms, including: –
  • Delivery & Assembly Service
  • Finance Terms
  • Warranty Charges
  • Our Price Promise even applies up to 10 days after order

To take advantage of our Price Promise, the following criteria is required to allow us to verify the information:-

• Details of the product and price
• Name and address of the competitor
• Confirmation of how the items are being delivered (must be to the same standard as our delivery options)

Once this information is verified we will beat that price by 10% of the difference without detracting from our usual high standard of quality and service.
